For current clients, below is a brief overview of our Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy and a brief description of our Emergency Notification Policy.  Details may be found in your Client Portal.  

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy Overview

Rescheduling:  With proper notification, appointments may be rescheduled based on availability but will most likely impact the evaluation and assessment completion timeline.  If you need to reschedule an appointment, do so as soon as possible by texting your clinician directly.  Our process relies on consistency to be effective.  When appointments are frequently rescheduled, it disrupts the workflow.  In such cases, BEAS reserves the right to terminate services.  Should this occur, the client is  responsible for payment of all work performed including full and partial testing, research, preparation work, report writing, and associated administrative & travel expenses incurred prior to termination.  

​Cancellations:  Upon cancellation, the client is responsible for payment of all work performed including full and partial testing, research, preparation work, report writing, and associated administrative & travel expenses incurred prior to the client's termination notice.

Please be advised that upon termination, payment of work performed is due within 24 hours of receiving the final invoice. Late fees will be applied to any outstanding balance after that time.  

 

There shall be no refunds for any reason.

Emergency Notification Policy

Life happens, and we understand unexpected emergencies and illness may arise.  If you need to reschedule, please text your clinician immediately.  Appointments will be rescheduled based on availability.  To ensure continuity of services and avoid termination due of services, please provide documentation (such as doctor's note, official notice, relevant verification, etc.) for emergency reschedules.  

 

When the clinician has to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we promise to notify you as soon as possible via text and/or the client portal and rebook you quickly.  These clinician-initiated changes will not be counted against you.
